I too have been in places where I was very stressed, my life was out of balance, my relationship was very strained, I pushed myself too hard. I neglected most areas of my personal life for the sake of my career.
Now I live from a place of self-care, clarity, balance, and living life in alignment with my values. I work in each area of my life as a continuous process. I identify what I desire, work on my mindset and take the required actions. So I can help you do the same too.
How does life coaching work?
This is how we do it:
– We identify which area(s) of your life are not giving you the satisfaction you desire and totally deserve
– We set goals to raise your quality of life in those areas (very specific, relatable to you)
– We design an action plan to make you reach your goal(s), with accountability along the way
– We discuss any challenges that comes up, be it a time management issue, a mindset block, or how to handle communications with others for instance.
This is the power of coaching – you overcome those limiting beliefs that hold you back from taking action on your own. You need an external perspective for that.

The approach will be unique to your situation. Here are some of the most common techniques I use and will draw on based on my experience:

- Well-being audit and energy management plan
